Kapu leader and former Minister Mudragada Padmanabham today announced the route map for his proposed pada yatra to commence from Kirlampudi on July 26.

Speaking to media at his residence, he said that the padayatra would cover 73 villages in four districts. The pada yatra will pass through Veeravaram and Jaggampeta and reach Rajamahendravaram by night covering 22 villages. The padayatra will enter West Godavari district in Tanuku. The route map covering 26 villages in West Godavari will be finalized shortly, he said and added that 19 villages would be covered in Krishna district after entering it at Kalidindi. In Guntur district, the padayatra will cover six villages.

On the question of permission for the padayatra, he asked whether permission was being accorded to all padayatras and agitations in the State.
