Chandrababu Naidu said that an exercise was in progress to include Kapus in the list of BC without affecting the existing reservation set up. ‘No other political party has the commitment to uplift of the Kapus except the TDP. Some forces are trying to divert the attention of the Kapus by making attempts to create ruckus out of non-issues. Beware of such forces, he said.

He along with Cabinet colleagues and BJP leaders launched road show in the city from Nagamallitota junction and launched a tirade attack against the YSRCP. Unveiling the State government plans to develop Kakinada as a smart city, he said that in addition to the existing two ports, one more port would be established in the city to provide livelihood to thousands of youngsters. He admitted that some mistakes were taken place in choosing the candidates, he urged the people to look at the party but not the candidates.
