Hyderabad High Court gives relief to Srinivasa Balaji accused in Jagan’s DA case

Hyderabad High Court has stayed the proceedings against Srinivasa Balaji, Lepakshi Knowledge Hub president who is an accused in Jagan Mohan Reddy disproportionate assets case.

Hyderabad High Court Judge Justice Raja Elango also exempted Srinivasa Balaji from personal appearance to the court and ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation to file a counter on the issue and posted the matter to June 14, 2016. The orders came following a petition filed by Balaji to quash all the cases slapped on him and prayed for staying of the proceedings. The Advocate for the petitioner B.Vijayasen Reddy putting forth his arguments said that the petitioner is only an employee in Lepakshi Knowledge Hub and had no connection with the affairs of the company. The same was also informed to the court by the investigative agency, he said.
