The Hyderabad High Court has stayed the orders of a city civil court directing the President of Film Chamber D.Suresh Babu from discharging the duties.
Justice Gunda Chandraiah has issued orders to this effect. Film distributior Murali Mohan has filed a case in a city civil court saying that Suresh Babu is due to the Film Chambers and a person who owes dues to the Chamber cannot be contested but Suresh Babu contested and got elected as President of Film Chambers.
The City Civil Court that heard the arguments has issued orders refraining Suresh Babu from discharging the duties of the president of Film Chambers. Suresh Babu’s advocate argued in the High Court that his client is not having any dues to the Chambers and prayed for stay which the court granted.
