The State government has given its clearance to complete the transfer process in government junior colleges by the end of June.

The transfers will be effected based on the performance and excellence points and through counselling and the Principal Secretary Education Adityanath Das has issued the orders. Those who have completed five years of stay at a place as on June 1, 2017 have to be transferred invariably. However, those completed three years of stay can apply on request basis. These requests will be based on physically challenged and on health grounds said the orders.

The transfer schedule will be released by the Commissioner of Board of Intermediate Education. Those who are going to retire as on or before March 31, 2018 are also exempted from the transfers purview. Those wanting to have transfers can apply to Regional Joint Directors concerned and will be effected only after counselling.
