Facebook post against Chief Minister-youth held

The Kuppam police have today evening took a youth of V.Kota mandal headquarters into custody on the charge of posting objectionable content against Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Facebook.

Police sources said that they have identified three youth who were actively involved in the social media targeting not only political leaders but also officials and college students. Inspector of Police of Kuppam said that local leaders of the TDP lodged a complaint against a youth of Motlapalle village of the mandal alleging that the posted objectionable social media posts against Chief Minister.

‘We have identified the youth and steps would be taken for his arrest if necessary. We have already warned him, said the Inspector of Police. Police said that the youth around 29 years would keep shuttling between Bengaluru and V.Kota doing odd jobs. He has used some other’s Facebook account and posted the content on it. It may be recalled that the Kuppam police on August 22 arrested a youth from Kuppam mandal for obscene posts in the social media targeting the Chief Minister.
