TDP MP J.C.Diwakar Reddy on Tuesday approached the High Court complaining against the ban imposed on him by various airlines.

According to sources, he has taken up with the court how a ‘trivial incident’ at Visakhapatnam airport was blown out of proportion. On July 9 too, he was prevented from entering into a TrueJet flight at Hyderabad. His contention was that his age did not permit to take to other mode of travel and he was being denied the opportunity.

Diwakar Reddy is planning to array the Union Ministry of Civil Aviation, DGCA, Air India, Jet Airways, Vistara Airlines (Indigo), GoAir, Air Asia, SpiceJet, Turbo Megha Airways as respondents. It may be recalled that MP JC Diwakar Reddy barred by four more airlines
