Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu today interacted with the students and parents of 158 students who got top ranks in EAMCET, JEE who studied Intermediate in Gurukula schools and other institutions.

Speaking with them, Chandrababu Naidu assured them that it is the responsibility of the government to take care of the students. He suggested them that the importance for knowledge economy has grown up and the students should focus in that direction. He said that changes are being taken up in education system. Some educational institutions were not following the educational standards that the government would not hesitate to take action against them, he added.

Chandrababu Naidu said that the government so far cancelled 240 junior colleges and notices have been served on 804 colleges who did not follow the requisite standards.
