The Central Government has on Wednesday issued orders reducing the cut-off marks for those who had taken up NEET examination for the admissions in Medical PG seats 2017-18.
Now, the 50 per cent marks percentage has been reduced to 42.5%. The decision was taken following representation from various State governments. With this, the minimum qualifying marks has come down from 710 to 599 marks. It paves way for thousands of candidates to get qualified.
