TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal today reviewed the arrangements being made for the conduct of the ‘Astabandhana Maha Samprokshanam’ from Friday and the annual Brahmotsavams of Lord Venkateswara scheduled from September 13.

All the CCTV cameras set up at pivotal points including the inner precincts of the temple are linked to the video wall that are that was set up at a cost of Rs.1.60 crore. The wall is equipped with 32 display screens. He also inspected the highly sophisticated security scanning system being set up at the Vaikuntam Queue Complex.

No darshan tickets:: In connection with the six day ‘Maha Samprokshanam’ commencing with ‘ankurarpanam’ on Friday, the TTD stopped issuing darshan tickets from Thursday midnight. However, pilgrims who had entered the Vaikuntam Complex by Thursday evening would be allowed to have darshan of the deity on Friday.
