The Andhra Pradesh State government will set up a Rs.100 crore innovation fund to encourage start-up companies.

The guidelines is being finalized said Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj Nara Lokesh. He launched AP chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs, TiE Amaravati today. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the State government was creating eco-system to encourage the young entrepreneurs to set up their start-ups.

‘We are optimistic that the start-ups will double and triple with support of the Andhra Angels and TiE’, said Lokesh. Offering the basic infrastructure for the start-ups would be their main priority, he said.
