The ACB officials today raided the premises of Pamu Panduranga Rao, Engineer-in-chief of Public Health and Municipal Engineering and unearthed assets worth Rs.12 crore.
The raids were conducted simultaneously at his residence in Tadepalli mandal of Guntur and 14 other places in Visakhapatnam, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Hyderabad.
The assets include seven plots in and around Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad cities, three houses, agricultural lands of 6.50 acres in Krishna district all in his name. The properties registered in the name of wife Pamu Rajya Lakshmi included 35 residential plots and 21 agricultural lands besides Rs.10 lakh in cash, Rs.1.95 lakh in US dollars, Rs.25 lakh in bank balance, one kg gold and nine kg silver.
