AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu today on Wednesday said that every household in the State would be having a cooking gas connection by June 2 this year.

Chandrababu said that the government is committed to provide toilet to every house by 2019. Addressing a meeting organized in connection with International Women’s Day organized by the Department of Women and Child Welfare, he highlighted the role of a woman in a family in particular and in society as a whole.

He said that the World Economic Forum survey says gender equality will be a reality by the year 2126 and pointed to the fact that there is still a gap of 109 years. Chandrababu Naidu impressed by a stellar performance of a fusion dance by Javvadi Ambika, he announced that she would be appointed as an advisor and a youth ambassador for Kuchipudi.
