Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Nimmakayala Chinarajappa said that the government would elevate the Assistant Public Prosecutors and will be appointed as judges.

Speaking at the APPs workshop held here on Saturday on the subject ‘Cyber Crimes and Digital Evidence’ which was attended by APPs from all the 13 districts, he said that the crime on women and children was on the increase. With the increase in white collared crimes, there was a heavy loss on the government. He said that some companies are luring the common people offering higher rate of interest and later turned off their boards. He suggested the APPs to evince special interest in such cases and see that justice is being done to the victims.
