YSRCP to stall the Assembly today for failing to institute Rs.5000 crore fund for farmers

YSRC president Jagan Mohan Reddy today addressing a press conference after the legislature party meeting said that the party was not against the introduction of the GST Bill as it would be beneficial to all.

However, the party would stall the proceedings of one day session convened to highlight the failure of the TDP government in instituting a Rs.5,000 crore fund for stabilizing the prices of agricultural produce. He said that the government was keen on implementing GST to increase its income but it was least bothered about the farmers. He said that Nara Chandrababu Naidu was indifferent to the plight of the farmers. He reminded that the YSRCP has promised to institute a fund of Rs.3,000 crore for price stabilization during the electioneering, Chandrababu has promised to create a fund of Rs.5,000 crore on coming to power.
