YSRCP to move no-confidence motion in Parliament on March 21

Tuesday, February 20, 2018

YSRCP spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said that the party is going to move no-confidence motion against Narendra Modi government on March 21.

Addressing the media today, he said that the party MPs whose number in the Lok Sabha had come down to five after defections to the TDP, would lobby for 15 days and then move the motion. He clarified that Jagan Reddy had never challenged Jana Sena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan to move the motion and added that the party will not bank on the support of Pawan Kalyan. Whatever might be Kalyan’s intentions, Jagan took it in proper spirit and asked Pawan to convince the TDP to move the motion. Jagan Reddy had only said the task of prevailing on the Chief Minister might prove too big for Pawan, he explained.

YSRCP MP Y.V.Subba Reddy was going to give a notice under Rule 184 of the Rules and Procedures and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha on Special Category Status and implementation of various provisions of the AP Reorganization Act.
