YSRCP to move no-confidence motion against Chandrababu Naidu government

The YSRCP meeting held today under the Chairmanship of its president Jagan Mohan Reddy decided to move no-confidence motion against Chandrababu Naidu Government in the coming Assembly session.

The meeting attended by 53 MLAs from the party has unanimously decideid to this effect. The MLAs present in the meeting opined that not even a single promise given by Chandrababu in the election manifesto has been materialized. They said that the government has fully drowned in corruption and failing to implement the election promises has decided to move ‘no-confidence’ motion against the government. A Whip will be issued and those who violate will have to face the people verdict. Jagan has given a call to highlight the misdeeds of Chandrababu Naidu government’s inactions in implementing the people oriented welfare scheme.

After the meeting, MLAs Chirla Jagga Reddy, V.Subba Rao, Vantala Rajeswarai, MLC Subash Chandra Bose and Deputy leader of the Opposition Jyostula Nehru speaking to media said that the government is in neck deep corruption right from allotment of sand mining to irrigation projects. They alleged that the government has converted the construction of AP new Capital Amaravati as a real estate business. They said that to divert the attention of the people from its misdeeds, Chandrababu is encouraging defections.

MLAs affirm faith on Jagan Mohan Reddy Fifty three legislators who attended the meeting expressed their loyalty to the party and those who did not attend the meeting were abroad said party sources. Affirming their full faith in the leadership of Jagan Reddy, they predicted that the party would win hands down in the next elections.

Meanwhile MLA A.Ramakrishna Reddy demanded Chandrababu Naidu to vacate his residence on the Krishna river front in the wake of the High Court admitting a PIL and issuing notices to illegal occupants on the river front. He said that he had earlier written to the District Collectors of Krishna and Guntur that some wealthy people had encroached upon the land on the river front and built 30 to 40 villas illegally.
