X class examinations from March 21, 2016

School education Commissioner K.Sandhya Rani on Thursday speaking to media announced that the X class examinations will begin from March 21, 2016.

Sandhya Rani said that a total of 6,57,595 students will take part and out of which 3,43,040 boys and 3,14,555 girls students. The regular students are 6,21,517 while private students would be 36,078, she said. She suggested the students to attend by 8.30am and will be allowed into the examination hall by 9am. She said that the examinations would commence from 9.30am to 12 noon.

She said that on the first day, half an hour late admission would be given to the students. She said 3,028 centres have been established and another 18 new centres were established. Sec. 144 will be imposed in all examination centres, she said. CCTVs will be established at all sensitive centres. One each observer was appointed for each districts along with 156 flying squads will be in force. Free bus facility would be provided to the examination attending students, she said.
