Staff of Sri Chaitanya School attacks student at home

A X class student has alleged that the staff of Sri Chaitanya School attacked him at School and at home on charges of copying. The boy’s parents lodged complaint with the Machavaram police.

According to the student, the school principal, dean and a teacher beat him up alleging that he was copying in the weekly assignment. When the boy escaped form the school and reached home, the staff came to home and allegedly attacked him. When the family members tried to prevent, they were pushed aside and attacked him.

Meanwhile, the school management said that they only went to the house to check whether the boy reached home or not. They lodged a complaint with the police about the boy escaping the school. AP State Commission for Protection of Child Rights Chairperson G.Hymavathi condimental the highhandedness of Sri Chaitanya school staff and sought action.
