Senior journalist Arun Sagar passed away

Senior journalist Arun Sagar passed away in the early hours today due to cardiac arrest. Arun Sagar was suffering with lung related problems and was admitted in Prime Hospital where he breathed his last.

He worked with TV9, 10 TV and Andhra Jyothi and currently for TV 5. Arun Sagar had 25 years experience as journalist. He had penned more than 1,000 poems to his credit. The final rites will be held today at Erragadda cremation grounds.

Arun Sagar was born on January 2, 1967 did his post-graduation at Andhra University. The first compilation of poems is ‘Maximum Risk’. Miyar male, Melukolupu, Magazine dice are some of his works.

Leaders from all political parties and journalists’ associations have expressed condolences on the demise of Sagar. Leaders of the associations of both print and electronic media have expressed their condolences. Condolences messages are pouring in from various journalists’ associations and leaders.
