Mudragada Padmanabham gives ‘Chalo Kirlampudi’ call

Thursday, August 10, 2017

Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham today announced the launch of a new campaign- ‘Chalo Kirlampudi’.

Addressing the JAC leaders at his residence, he advised the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu not to develop a grudge against the community which also voted for him. To browbeat the Kapu youth into submission, bind-over cases were being filed against them, he alleged. Police were creating an atmosphere of fear in Kirlampudi by imposing restrictions on entry. ‘ This is leading to unrest and resentment among the Kapus’. They will revolt against the government and teach a lesson’, he warned.

Mudragada Padmanabham asked the police to withdraw from their duties on their own from Kirlampudi and permit him to take out a padayatra. ‘ I am request you not to follow the orders of higher officials and if you want to convey anything to us, assign the task to one of you constables. Do not degrade your position by directly interacting with us’, he said.
