B.Manoj, Director, Synchro Serve, the nodal training partner of the National Skill Development Corporation said with proper training, jobless youth can secure right jobs for themselves.
Speaking at an awareness meet for prospective trainees, he said that to make more people employable and ensure qualified recruits to the service sector across the globe is needed. The job aspirants would be provided training in, among other areas, construction, electronics, logistics, tourism and hospitality, retailing, automobile, gems and jewellery, telecommunication, beauty and wellness, apparel pattern making and Life Science. Each of the successful trainee would be provided an average reward of Rs.8,000 and the firm aimed to make at least 5,000 job aspirants in Ongole employable, he said.
MP Y.V.Subba Reddy promised the unemployed youth that a job mela would be organized in March so that all trainees could be assured of a placement after training. Over 1,000 job aspirants turned up for enrolling their names for different training programmes with duration ranging from one month to three months.
