Kapu Corporation MD Amarendra Kumar removed on corruption charges

Kapu Corporation Managing Director Amarendra Kumar has been removed from the post following corruption charges.

A probe has been ordered on the allegations of misappropriation of Corporation funds. The removal has taken place following a report submitted by the probing officer. He was sent back to his parent department Animal Hubsbandry where he was working as Joint Director.

Commissioner, BC Welfare Corporation B. Udaya Lakshmi has taken additional charge as the Kapu Corporation Managing Director.

Meanwhile high drama took place following his removal at the office. When Amarendra Kumar called for a press conference to clarify his stand but was interrupted by the Corporation Chairman Ch.Ramanujaya who said that he would not be allowed to address the media in the office as he had already been relieved. He was forced to address the media on the road.
