Rajya Sabha member K.V.P.Ramachandra Rao has written a six-page letter to the Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu saying that the economy and the situation in the State would have been totally different if he insisted that the Central government released funds for building the national project and SCS.

Ramachandra Rao said that the comment of Chandrababu to go to court to get what is due to the State in the AP State Re-Organization Act after a lapse of four years but it is indeed too late. He questioned why Chandrababu was so scared to confront the Prime Minister Modi. Polavaram, the port ad the steel factory would have been either completed or in the final stages, he said. Charing Chandrababu of giving priority to vested interests, he said that the people of the State were forced to suffer irreversible loss because of it.

The TDP should use its MPs for implementation of the Reorganization Act, he said. If Chandrababu did not do it at this stage, his political career would be forever tainted, he added.
