Jagan promises cold storage for every mandal

On the 19th day of ‘Praja Sankalpa Yatra’ Jagan Mohan Reddy today at Kodumuru constituency has promised to establish one cold storage for each mandal in the State. He promised that a minimum price for the produce will be announced before planation and to eliminate the middlemen involvement. Rs.3,000 crore fund will be made for the welfare of the farmers.

Jagan announced free power to the farmers during day time. Rs.12,500 would be given to the farmers during the month of May (the unseason). The victims of Pearl met Jagan Mohan Reddy to whom he promised that the issue would be raised in the Parliament. The victims told him that the company has collected Rs.1,300 crore from 3 lakh depositors and turned off the board. Despite efforts made by them to meet the Chief Minister and officials concerned, the response is of no use.

Jagan covered 271 km of his padayatra on the 19th day on Monday and covered 16.3 km on Monday itself. He will begin his yatra at 8am at Vemugodu and will go through Kairvadi, Gajuladinne cross roads. He will hoist party flag at Gonegandla and address the people.
