TDP MP J.C.Diwakar Reddy from Anantapur said that he is not interested in contesting in the coming elections.
In an informal chat with the media in the Assembly lobbies, he said MPs lost their value. They become curry leaves with parties discarding them after making use of them. The MP said his son J.C.Pavan Kumar Reddy was showing interest in contesting for Parliament. If the Chief Minister was willing, his son could be a candidate, he said.
On Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan, he said the biggest handicap for him was his elder brother Chiranjeevi who had founded a party and later merged with the Congress party.
