Hyderabad High Court gets four new judges

Hyderabad/New Delhi

The President of India Pranab Mukherjee has cleared the file appointing four new judges to Hyderabad High Court.

The orders came following the Supreme Court Collegium has already recommended to the Centre the elevation of J. Uma Devi, N. Balayogi, T. Rajani and Shameem Akhtar as judges of the Hyderabad High Court.

  • J.Uma Devi is at present working as Chief Judge for the City Small Causes court,
  • N.Balayogi is holding the post of Chief Judge of the City Civil Court,
  • T. Rajani is working as Hyderabad Metropolitan Sessions Judge
  • Shameem Akhtar is holding the charge of Registrar (Vigilance) at the High Court.
