Friday, September 2, 2016

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s quash petition on the order passed by the Principal Special Judge for ACB ordering the Telangana ACB to investigation the fresh complaint filed by YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy (RK) today.

It may be recalled that Nara Chandrababu Naidu files quash petition in High Court in ‘Note-for-Vote’ case on Thursday seeking to quash the orders passed by the ACB court. Justice M.S.K.Jaiswal permitted the filing and numbering of the main case without the certified copy of the order of ACB court. Chandrababu said that the MLA had no locus standi to file such a case. He reminded that after completion of investigation final charge sheet had been already filed by the AB in the cash-for-vote scam.

YSRCP wanted the role of Chandrababu to be investigated by the ACB, Telangana. The main case now filed by Chandrababu would come up for hearing before the judge today on Friday.
