High Court dismisses petition of Judge Ramakrishna on the allegations on Justice Nagarjuna Reddy

All allegations on Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy were false and baseless

The High Court on Friday said that the allegations levelled by judicial officer S.Ramakrishna against Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy were false and baseless.

The Division Bench comprising of Justice V.Ramasubramanian, Justice J.Uma Devi of High Court while delivering the judgement said that Ramakrishna has submitted fake documents, arguments with controversies and attempted to build a case on apprehensions and wrong facts. The court said in a severe tone that Ramakrishna has made allegations against Justice Nagarjuna Reddy, and his brother, and some junior staff were baseless. The court dismissed the petition filed by Ramakrishna seeking inclusion of Justice Nagarjuna Reddy as a respondent.

It may be recalled that the High Court has placed judicial officer Ramakrishna following severe allegations. He filed a petition in the High Court seeking to lift the suspension and also sought action against Justice Nagarjuna Reddy, and his brother and some judicial staff. In the case, Justice Nagarajuna Reddy was named as a respondent in his personal capacity which was removed by the Division Bench.
