High Court Justice Nooty Rammohana Rao transferred to Madras High Court

Justice Nooty Rammohana Rao currently in Hyderabad High Court has been transferred to Madras High Court. The President of India Pranab Mukherjee has cleared the file following the recommendations of Supreme Court collegium. Justice Rammohana Rao will have to take charge by April 19. Justice Suresh Kait working in Delhi High Court has been posted to Hyderabad High Court and has to assume charge by April 12. High Court acting Chief Justice Justice Dilip B.Bhosale will administer oath of office to Suresh Kait.

Justice Rammohana Rao born in Tanuku in West Godavari district. He had had his primary education in Vijayawada and had his law degree from Andhra University. He enrolled as an advocate in 1978 and began his practice in Hyderabad High Court. He was appointed as High Court additional judge on September 11, 2006 and full-fledged judge on April 10, 2008.

Justice Suresh Kait

Justice Suresh Kait born on May 24, 1964 at Kakout village in Haryana. He had his graduation from Kurukshetra University and took his PG degree in political science and law degree from University of Delhi. He enrolled as an advocate in 1989 and worked for various companies as advocate. He worked as Public Prosecutor during 2004 to 2008 and was appointed as additional judge of Delhi High Court on September 5, 2008 and in 2013, he was appointed as permanent judge.
