The ruling TDP government has reportedly ousted the former Chief Secretary and current Chairman of AP Brahmin Welfare Corporation IYR Krishna Rao from the post on the grounds of posting/sharing some posts in social media. However, there is no official confirmation on the news.

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu reportedly has taken the decision on the complaints made by some TDP leaders. Sources said that Krishna Rao was not even called for an explanation for the posts made in social media. The chances of posting Vemuri Ananda Surya in that post are indicated.

Brahmin associations finds fault with the government’s reported decision and questioning the government for taking the extreme step even without calling for an explanation to a person in high position.

IYR Krishna Rao is calling for a press meet at 3pm today to explain his stand. Sources said that he has only posted that the fund of the Brahmin Corporation are being diverted and no post was posted against the government.

Krishna Rao shared postings against Chandrababu and TDP which were allegedly put up by YSRCP on social media. He even posted against Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna’s movie Gautami Putra Satakarani for giving exemption in entertainment tax.
