Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will lay foundation stone for construction of temporary State Capital on February 12 at 4.15am. The foundation stone would be laid in Dhanurlagna at Brahmimuhurta.
It may be recalled that the Chief Minister preferred to lay the foundation stone for the capital city in Makara lagnam on October 22, 2015. The scholars felt that October 22 muhurtam was not appropriate and suitable for laying the foundation stone and would push the State into anarchy and debts.
Noted Almanac writer Kappagantu Subbarama Somayajulu said that this muhurtam is a good one with Kuja which is responsible for the administration is in uchha stiti, the star – Uttarbhadra is a sthira nakshatram while Sun is also in good positon. This auspicious time will ward off all ill effects of earlier muhurtams, he said.
