Court serves summons to Kejriwal

A Delhi court on Tuesday served summons to the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly giving false information to the Election Commission in the his affidavit during 2013 Assembly elections. The court directed him to appear before it on July 30. The orders came following a criminal complaint filed by Neeraj Saxena on behalf of NGO Maulik Bharat Trust. The complainant said that Kejriwal had violated the provision of the 31 of RP Act by submitting incorrect information.
