Chief Minister launches MSME Corporation with Rs.100 crore corpus fund

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu today launched the logo of the AP MSME Development Corporation.

The Corporation with a corpus fund of Rs.100 crore would help the micro, medium and small entrepreneur in marketing, branding, skill development and quality improvement products. Chief Minister speaking on the occasion said that there would not be any upward revision of power tariff for MSMEs and on the other hand if required would reduce the power tariffs.

Chandrababu Naidu said the government had plans to construct a MSME Bhavan at Amaravati that would up on 15 acres. A research and development wing, training centre, advanced and latest technologies across the globe would be provided there, he said. The government is toying the idea of introducing random and combined inspections to simplify clearance procedures.
