Chief Minister launches ‘Amaravati app’

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu today has launched ‘Mana Amaravati App’.

This is the first of its kind in the country aiming to bridge the gap between the government and its citizens AP CRDA Commissioner Cherukuri Sreedhar said that this app bring owners of the plots and investors of Amaravati on to Mana Amaravati App to reduce investment cycle drastically. Mana Amaravati gives the owners of allotted plots in capital region a chance to extend the reach to the investors in any part of the world and get a better deal for the sale, lease or joint development of the plot.

The ‘Buy and Sell’ module in the app is a way to give bak from the government to all the farmers who gave their lands for capital development. All the plot owners who are allocated lands can login to the app and publish their plots for sale, joint development or lease. It has an added advantage as details provided are transparent and trustworthy. Another feature in Citizen Services is know your plot code. With this user can enter their Aadhaar number and know the allocated plot details. Grievance Redressal system allows citizens to address their concern to the department.
