Chandrababu decides to file a recall petition in Babli case

Saturday, October 6, 2018

Chief Minsiter Chandrababu Naidu today reportedly decided to get a recall petition filed again in the Dharmabad court in Maharashtra.

The Court issued a NBW warrant against him and 15 others for allegedly disregarding its summons served earlier. At a meeting with the advocate general and Ministers at the Praja Vedika, Chandrababu favoured the recall petition heeding the advice by a majority of the participants to ask for exemption from personal appearance on October 15.

The court had rejected the recall petition filed on behalf of Chandrababu on September 21 on the ground that everyone who received its notices should depose before it and the Chief Minister could be treated differently.
