CRDA to take farmers to Singapore to create awareness

AP-CRDA has invited applications from the farmers who parted with their lands for the construction of Capital city of Amaravati. It will facilitate a visit to Singapore to study the developmental programmes implemented there.

The first batch will visit Singapore from October 22 to 26 while the second batch will visit from November 5 to 9. The third batch will visit from November 19 to 23. A total of 100 farmers will be selected.

According to sources, the objective of the tour is to create awareness on developing their land-residential and commercial. The CRDA will provide accommodation facility and transportation facility. If the number of applications is more, then they will be selected on the basis of lottery system.
