  • Amaravathi:: Madanapalle Excise Circle Inspector suspended:: Madanapalle Excise Circle Inspector Prasad Reddy who made sensational comments that he had the list of corrupt higher officials and would be placed to ACB. Excise Commissioner Mukesh Kumar Meena placed him under suspension on Friday and appointed Deputy Commissioner Anusuya Devi as an inquiry officer into the allegations. The comments of the Excise CI went viral in social media.
  • Chittoor:: Five accused in serial bomb blasts produced in court:: The Chittoor Urban police on Friday evening produced five persons accused of various extremist activities and involvement in 12 incidents of bomb blasts in public places all over India before the IV Additional district judge. The accused Abbas Ali, Dawood Karim, Shamshu Karim Raja, Mohommad Ayub Ali and Samshir were arrested by NIA AT Madurai a couple of months ago. The Chittoor police team brought them to Chittoor and they were remanded till February 10.

On the other hand, my family lost properties after coming into politics, he said. The statement came following Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan’s comments on Rayapati Sambasiva Rao.

She told to press here that it was time for individuals and organizations from Telangana to support their counterparts for achieving SCS. Lambasting the Telangana government for forcibly acquiring the office of Arunodaya, she said the true colours of Chandrasekhar, Chief Minister and his family were visible now.

The President of Medical Council of India informed of the same to Raghunadha Rao.
  • Vijayawada:: B.Sc (Nursing) results announced:: Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences on Friday announced the results of B.Sc. (Nursing) and Post basic nursing the examinations that were conducted in November/December for both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States. The authorities said that the candidates seeking retotaling can apply before February 8 by paying Rs.500 per subject. The candidates who applied have to attend in their universities purview ie. SV University on February 25, AU region on February 27 and OU on February 28 at NTR Health University. They are advised to bring their college ID cards along with hall ticket at 11am.
