Another gas leak from ONGC well

Sakhinetipalli (East Godavari):: Another gas leak took place in Malikipuram mandal today keeping the people of the village on tenterhooks and gripping them with fear for few hours. This is the seventh leak in a row in the last three months. According to ONGC officials, the incident happened at a well Antervedikara under Mori gas collection station. The well was closed along with its downstream valve as well. Now there is no leak’, said Debashis Sanyal, ONGC Executive Director.

JSP’s talent search-over 2,000 make online registrations

Nellore:: The talent search drive by Jana Sena Party State level team conducted talent search. As any as 2,000 people from different professions and backgrounds had made online registrations for this camp in Nellore. Some more persons, who arrived from the rural areas got registered at the camp office.

Ashok Babu firm on demands

Vijayawada:: JAC of Employees, Teachers and Workers’ chairman P.Ashok Babu on Tuesday said the employees would not give up their protests till the Central and State governments solved their problems. The future course of action would be charted out at the meeting of the Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers and the All India State Government Employees’ Federation that was scheduled to be held in New Delhi on June 10, he said.

Free SIMs from BSNL

Vijayawada:: BSNL will distribute SIMs free of cot at 40 customer service centres in Krishna district from June 7 to 10 between 8am and 8pm according to a press release by Assistant General Manager (Sales and marketing) K.V.Krishna Rao.
