  • Amaravati:: ‘BJP-TDP alliance will continue’, says Arun Jaitely :: BJP national leader and Union Minister for Finance Arun Jaitely in an interview to an English TV channel said that the BJP-TDP alliance would continue in the coming elections. He said that the promises made to the State at the time of bifurcation will continue to be honoured. He made it clear that there is no relation with the bifurcation promises and with the Union Budget.
  • Vijayawada:: BJP gets bad rating over FB:: The BJP on Sunday disabled the ‘reviews’ section on its Facebook page. Protesting against the poor allocations in the Union Budget and the unfulfilled promise of the special package, netizens stared a bad rating campaign form February 2. Before withdrawal of reviews section, the page had an overall rating of just 1.1. stars from 34,000 users. About 33,000 of them gave the one star rating and more than a 1,000 the five star rating. The way of number of five-star ratings came down from 14,000 to just a 1,000 in three days had raised doubts over the campaign and possibility of such change of existing reviews.
