Deputy Chief Minsiter KE Krishnamurthy indisposed

Kurnool:: Deputy Chief Minister K.E.Krishnamurthy is down with typhoid while brother K.E.Prabhakar chairman of AP Irrigation Development Corporation is suffering from viral fever after touring Nandyal for campaigning according to TDP district president Somisetty Venkateswarlu. He said that several TDP leaders and activists of other areas who were touring Nandyal for campaigning were not in good health owing to the poor quality of drinking water supplied by the Nandyal municipality and the mosquito menace.

Nandamuri Balakrishna to campaign for Nandayal

Kurnool:: TDP Hindupur MLA and actor Nandamuri Balakrishna will campaign in Nandyal on August 16 according to district president Somisetty Venkateswarlu. Meanwhile, actors Venu and Vijayachander campaigned for the TDP and the YSRCP respectively in Nandyal. Fans associations of actor Krishna and Mahesh Babu held discussions with YSRCP leader Adiseshagiri Rao in Nandyal and announced their support to YSRCP candidate Silpa Mohan Reddy.

Kapu Corporation chief snubbed

Andhra Pradesh Kapu corporation Chairman Chalamalasetty Ramanujaya felt embraced when Deputy Chief Minister N.Chinarajappa snatched the mike from him during a meeting with Chief Minsiter Chandrababu Naidu on the demands of the Kapu community on Monday. Ramanujaya said Mudragada Padmanabham earned a bad name for the community by allegedly instigating the mobs during the Tuni agitation and went on to the extent of doubting his fast-unto-death. As Ramanujaya was going hammer and tongs at Padmanabham within the short time given to him to put across his views of reservation for Kapus and Padmanabham, Chinarajappa grabbed the mike from his asking the speakers to confine themselves to their demands.
