A. on Monday promised a job and a house for P.Satyam Babu who was recently acquitted by the High Court in the sensational Ayesha Meera murder case. Satyam Babu met the Collector on Monday during the weekly grievance cell and submitted a representation seeking employment opportunity for him and his sister apart from necessary support from the government.

Gowtham Reddy on Monday alleged that the State government was planning to bailout the sick Kesineni Travels ad Tours by allowing the APSRTC to hire the 100 odd air-conditioned buses. He said top TDP leaders had formed into a syndicate to see that the agreement would materialize and that it would weaken the Corporation.
  • Vijayawada:: Paddy procurement deadline extended:: Minister for Civil Supplies Prathipati Pulla Rao on Monday announced extension of the deadline for paddy procurement by fifteen days. Speaking to media after taking charge at the Interium Government Complex in Velagapudi on Monday, he said money would be directly credited to the bank accounts of farmers within two days of the procurement.

The amount was recovered from her and conducted litmus test which proved positive said DSP (ACB) Sk.Shakeela Bhaanu in a release on Monday.
