Kakinada:: APSPF constable dismissed:: commandant of the AP Special Protection Force D.N.A.Basha has issued orders dismissing from service B.Sanyasi Naidu, head constable following a local court convicting him in a cheques bounce case. He was sentenced to six months imprisonment and payment of fine of Rs.3 lakh.
Nandigama:: Case registered against Jagan and others:: Nandigama police have registered a case against YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy and others on the count that they obstructed the official works of concerned officials. It may be recalled that Jagan Reddy along with some leaders visited Nandigama area hospital to have first hand information on the bus accident and to console the families of those dead and under treatment. The police based on a complaint by hospital superintendent K.Lakshmi Kumari, Hospital development Committee Chairman Vasireddy Satyanarayana Prasad, the police registered a case against Jagan, Kolusu Pardha Saradhi, Samineni Udaya Bhanu, Konda Reddy, Pasupuleti Srinivasa Rao, Dr. Monditoka Arun Kumar, Tanneru Nageswara Rao, Inturi Rajagopal, Maganti Abbai, Kommineni Ravi Shaknkar. Another case was booked against another 15 leaders for obstructing the ambulance.
Tirupati: Canine units joins RSASTF:: The Red Sanders Anti Smuggling Task Force (RSASTF) on Wednesday welcomed a new unit into its team. Six canines which underwent training in Hyderabad were handed over to RSASTF officials. Among them, three have been allotted to the task force in Kadapa district.
