Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Executive Officer D.Sambasiva Rao said that those who wish to have darshan of Lord Venkateswara Swamy on Mukkoti Ekadasi day will be allowed into the compartments a day in advance from 10 am onwards.
Samabasiva Rao said that first priority would be given to common devotees on Mukkoti Ekadasi (December 21) and Dwadashi (December 22). The two ghat roads will remain open round the clock to deal with the heavy traffic that was expected on these auspicious days. He said all arjit sevas and special darshans have been cancelled.
The devotees will be allowed into compartments from 10 am on December 20. Re-entry access cards will be stopped from 12 noon on December 19 to midnight of December 22. Divya darshan tokens from December 19 to 23 will be cancelled for those arrive on trekking. Devotees having tickets of Rs.300 (10,800 tickets) will be allowed to have darshan on 1pm to 9pm on Dwadasi day. The VIPs comes under protocol, three persons will be allowed along with the VIP.
