The Railways will operate a pair of Suvidha special trains to clear of Christmas and Pongal rush.
Train No. 08301 Sambalpur-Yesvantpur Suvidha will leave Sambalpur at 8.50am on Wednesday from December 23 to January 13 and reach Yesvantpur at 4.30pm on Thursday. The train will stop at Rayagada, Parvatipuram, Bobbili and Viziangaram.
Train No. 08302 Yesvantpur-Sambalpur Suvidhawill leave Yesvantpur at 12.30am on Friday from December 25 to January 14. It will arrive at Sambalpur at 6.30am on Saturday. It will have stoppages at Bargarh Road, Balangir, Titlaghar, Kesinga, Muniguda, Duvvada, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tirupati, Pakala, Chittoor, Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Krihnarajapuram.
Normal train services between Visakhapatnam and Howrah restored
With the restoration of both the tracks between Garividi and Cheepurupalli under Waltair Division, normal services between Visakhapatnam and Howrah were restored today. The authorities announced short termination of Train No. 18411 Bhubaneswar-Visakhapatnam Intercity Express leaving Bhubaneswar on Tuesday at Palasa. It was run as 18412 Visakhapatnam-Bhubaneswar Intercity from Palasa. The following trains were cancelled. Train No. 78533 Palasa-Viziangaram passenger, No.78531 Viziangaram-Palasa passenger, Train No.58525 Palasa-Visakhapatnam passenger, Train No.58526 Visakhapatnam-Palasa passenger, train no. 58506 Visakhapatnam-Gunupur passenger, train No. 58505 Gunupur-Visakhapatnam passenger, train No.67291 Viziangaram-Visakhapatnam MEMU. TRAIN No. 67294 Palasa-Visakhapatnam Memu train No.67293 Palasa – Visakhapatnam MEMU, train No.58419 Palasa-Gunupur passenger, train No.58418 Gunupur-Palasa passenger and Suvidha special train No. 08301/08302 betwee Sambalpur and Yesvantpur via Visakhapatnam.
