The Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board announced that as many as 52,152 candidates were qualified in the written test held for Sub Inspector posts that were conducted on November 27.
The results can be had on http://recruitment.appolice.gov.in/ said the statement. The results were announced for the test conducted for 335 Civil Sub Inspectors, 113 AR Assistant Sub Inspectors, 9 Reserved Sub Inspector (AR and Civil), 209 Reserved Sub Inspectors (APSP), 16 Deputy Jailers and 5 Assistant Matron posts. It may be recalled that the test was held on November 27 in 7 regional centres and in 217 examination centres for which 1,12,587 candidates have taken up the examination and 52,152 were qualified. All the qualified candidates will have to undergo Physical Test on December 26 at Visakhapatnam, Eluru, Guntur and Kurnool.
The APSLPRB said that they have received 200 objections over the ‘Key’ released for the written test. They found that three questions were found to be wrong and added one mark each to the said questions.
Results on region centres wise:: In Visakhapatnam 13, 030 selected out of 25,511, Kakinada, 5,008 out of 10,854, Vijayawada 8,315 out of 17,683, Guntur 8,259 out of 17,844, Tirupati 6,848 out 16,793, Anatapuram 3,913 out of 9,610, Kurnool 6,779 out of 14,292 were selected
