120 Telangana Judicial Officers submits mass resignations

Demanding immediate withdrawal of primary allotment list of judicial officers by the High Court as many as 120 officers from Telangana have submitted the mass resignations to their posts.

They submitted the resignation letters to Judicial Officers Association president K.Ravinder Reddy and demanded to solve the issue within seven days else wanted to send them to the Governor.

Meanwhile a delegation comprising of Judicial Officers’ Association president Ravinder Reddy, Secretary Varaprasad and vice-president Chandrasekhar Prasad met the governor and submitted a memorandum. Later in the night, senior advocates met the acting Chief Justice Dilip.B.Bhosale and submitted two page memorandum seeking justice. They said that the allotment will hurt the promotional opportunities of the Telangana Judicial officers and majority of the officers are under the impression that they are still working under the Andhra Pradesh High Court even though they could achieve Telangana State
