‘J.Jayalalithaa health condition should be made public’, advocate writes to President of India

It may be recalled that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo hospital on September 22 for fever and dehydration. The rumors in social media creates tension on her health condition as no health bulletin was released by the hospital authorities or from the government for the past two days.

A large number of her followers and admirers reached the Apollo hospital. Heavy police force has been posted at the hospital premises.

Senior advocate Reegan S. Bell has written a letter to the President Pranab Mukherjee following rumors on the health condition of Jayalalithaa. He wanted him to direct the Governor to release a statement on her health condition and make open the health condition to the common people.

Social media says that she is on ventilator. Tamil Nadu Governor will be visiting shortly to the hospital. Reports say that British doctor Richard John Beale who is a consultant Intensivist at the London Brdige Hospital examined her in the hospitals.

‘Put an end to rumors’, says Karunanidhi

Meanwhile, DMK president M.Karunanidhi on Friday demanded the Tamil Nadu government to put an end to rumors by providing proper information to the people while wishing her speedy recovery.
