Telugu Desam Party MP J.C.Diwakar Reddy has expressed concern over Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu losing some control over his administrative machinery and the officials concerned not following his orders in letter and spirit.
Diwakar Reddy said that it is time for the Chief Minister to crack the whip on the officials or else, people would be put to inconvenience. In an informal chat with the press on the Assembly premises, he said that there was still ‘Congress blood’ in him and he had joined the TDP in the hope that Chandrababu would provide good governance to the State.
He faulted the YSRCP chief Jagan Reddy for failing to highlight the issues faced by the people in the Assembly. He said that the government would focus primarily on passage of Bills and it was for the Opposition to maintain restraint in ensuring debates on the key issues.
