Six poultry farms turn into ashes
Khammam, May 12, 2008
Nearly 18,000 birds perished in a major fire accident that destroyed six poultry farms in Shanagudem village of Dmmapet mandal on Monday.
Nearly five acres of mango grove and oil palm plantations were also damaged partially. Fire tenders from Sathupali and Aswaropet fought for more than two and half hours to control the flames.
